I work in the area and I come here pretty often. I give this place 3 starts not because of the food ( food quality is very good compared to the price ) but because of the service. I don't understand what is going on with this place: some days service is excellent, some others (most of the time) is way too slow. It happened more than once that we had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get water (after asking at least twice to the waiter) or as soon as they serve you they disappear and you have to chase them down if you need anything or ask for the check. I like this place but they should do something to improve the service.

Just okay. I got the pesto chicken panini with pasta salad. The salad had sliced tomato that wasn’t sliced all the way through so it was just a big hunk in the salad. The pasta was dry and hard in places. My sandwich was mediocre and not very flavorful. I didn’t taste any of the sundried tomatoes. I had fresh squeezed orange juice to drink that didn’t taste like it was fresh. Grocery store orange juice tastes better. The service was not very friendly. Just the bare minimum of politeness and zero attempt to be personable by any of the staff. I think most people in that mall are like that though. Very snooty. A weird side note, we ate inside against the glass wall that separates inside from outside. But outside there was a table right next to ours. To me it was odd to sit that close to strangers. I had to actively try and not watch them.
